I hold advanced trainings in abdominal massage, breast and chest massage, and intraoral massage. I am certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy and trained under the Feldenkrais Method. My special passion is working with people with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and hypermobility.
I specialize in deep tissue, trigger point, manual lymphatic drainage, and myofascial release. I also loves prenatal massage and nervous system focused massage!

Temple natural health is probably in the top five natural health centers in the country with regards to what they offer. I have been going there for over 25 years, my health is excellent, thanks to their coaching and services that they offer. The staff is amazing, the owners have very high standards, and they are Hands-On making sure everything goes smooth. I don't think there's another place in the area that really compares.

I am a client here for lymphatic drainage, massage. I brought my teen in for a surprise needed physical in order that she might take a diving class. They were able to schedule her the next week, and then they did the paperwork and bloodwork same day too. Dr. Maggie was great with her and the whole experience was seamless. The intake forms texted to me were my favorite part. I filled them out on my phone and it worked without some strange error.

Dr. Jamie Doughty is amazing. I was referred by a friend to visit here for lymphedema in my arm. My arm hasn't felt better in years. The electro lymphatic massage was so helpful. While there we also discussed my GLP-1 journey and medications. Found out some of my meds were canceling out other meds and some meds were being taken at the wrong time of day. After adjusting these recommendations I feel better and sleep better a week out. Will continue to visit here to get my body back on track. Wish I would have found her/them earlier.

I recently had my first abdominal massage with Caitlyn, and it was an incredible experience. Although I've received many different types of bodywork over the years, abdominal massage was new to me, and Caitlyn immediately put me at ease with her warm, thoughtful presence. She took the time to understand what was going on in my body and explained how the treatment would address my specific concerns, which left me feeling completely supported. Her depth of knowledge really stood out. She seamlessly connected the structural and emotional aspects of the body, helping me understand how tension in the abdomen can contribute to pain in the neck, jaw, back, hips, and legs. During the session I could feel my body relaxing, and in the days afterward I noticed a significant decrease in my back pain and shoulder tension. I highly recommend Caitlyn to anyone dealing with pain, tension, or simply looking to feel more connected to their body. Temple Natural Health is also a beautiful, welcoming space with an incredible team. I'm looking forward to returning and feel completely confident referring friends, family, and clients to Caitlyn.

Dr. Doughty is an amazing doctor. I found her 8 years ago when I was struggling with a serious stomach issue that years of different gastroenterologists could not figure out. Dr. Doughty had me healing in no time. I feel that without her I would still be struggling and miserable. Dr. D is friendly and kind. Her knowledge is awe inspiring. I don’t currently live in Seattle anymore, but every time I return, the Temple of Natural Health is the very first place I visit to nourish my body with the necessary IV drip after a long airplane flight :-) I recently had my first electro lymphatic drainage session with Caitlyn Wright, and it was truly incredible. Dr Ara Walline has been guiding me for a few months now, via lymphatic drainage sessions and solutions for chronic sinus congestion and digestive issues--all of which have really been turning around. Definitely enjoying improvements from these treatments, and have been feeling quite well, thanks to Dr Ara & Temple Natural Health 🙂 *Wish to add: noticed another reviewer expressed not liking the new location.. my experience has been exactly the opposite: I much prefer Temple Natural Health's new location as compared to the old Tummy Temple. The new space is beautiful, serine and well thought out.. and BONUS: I always find easy parking!
