Our Story

Like most enduring things, Temple Natural Health began with a love story- Kristi and Tim Zimmer met on a blind date and discovered a common passion for many things with natural health and healing being at the top of the list.

They joined professional forces as quickly as they got engaged, co-founding Tummy Temple in 2002, a wellness center focused on digestive health services and products.

Over the years, the clinics grew and evolved, offering a wide variety of Naturopathic Medicine services and products beyond digestive health, eventually becoming “Temple Natural Health.” Our name may have changed, but our passion for treating the body like a temple from the inside out endures.

Today, our organization flourishes under the leadership of an all-female partnership team of clinician owners. We practice medicine as both an art and a science, using time-tested nature-cure techniques alongside exciting, new technologies. We stay true to our holistic roots allowing spirit and belief a place at the healing table. No matter the challenge, the TNH organization is built to last on values that have always stood the test of time: people, passion, service, adaptability, & excellence!
