I brought my teen in for a surprise needed physical in order that she might take a diving class. They were able to schedule her the next week, and then they did the paperwork and bloodwork same day too. Dr. Maggie was great with her and the whole experience was seamless. My arm hasn't felt better in years. The electro lymphatic massage was so helpful. While there we also discussed my GLP-1 journey and medications.  Found out some of my meds were canceling out other meds and some meds were being taken at the wrong time of day.  After adjusting these recommendations I feel better and sleep better a week out. Although I've received many different types of bodywork over the years, abdominal massage was new to me, and Caitlyn immediately put me at ease with her warm, thoughtful presence. She took the time to understand what was going on in my body and explained how the treatment would address my specific concerns, which left me feeling completely supported. Her depth of knowledge really stood out. She seamlessly connected the structural and emotional aspects of the body, helping me understand how tension in the abdomen can contribute to pain in the neck, jaw, back, hips, and legs. During the session I could feel my body relaxing, and in the days afterward I noticed a significant decrease in my back pain and shoulder tension. How to Find Us - Directions and Parking

Temple Natural Health Natural Medicine in Olympia is located approximately 15 minutes south of downtown Olympia.

The Intelco Loop SE intersects Corporate Drive SE at two locations. Both points of access on the loop will get you to the Temple Natural Health.

The Temple Natural Health is the 3rd building in from the loop. Our entrance is the one with the red gate, as shown below.

Please check in with reception or sit in our waiting area if no one is present. Your therapist will greet you at the time of your session.

Parking

Parking is free, on location and easy to find a spot.
