About Me
I have four years of experience and am drawn to natural health because of my belief in the importance of holistic care. My philosophy is that there is no “one size fits all” in bodywork; I consider the multiple systems of the body and how they work together. I am here to guide the change clients are seeking and to be a space of exploration in their wellness journeys.
My practice creates a balanced blend between nurturing touch and effective therapeutic change. My goals as a therapist are to make a space for my clients’ nervous system to feel safe as well as release pain, tension, or inflammation in the body. I pride myself on being an empathetic listener and I strive to be a safe person that people can trust.
Specialties
I find immense importance in listening to each individual’s preferences and goals, the cues I gain from what their bodies are telling me, and following my intuition so I can make informed decisions. I work well with clients who are needing intentional and deep work while also wanting a calm and relaxing environment for self-care.
I hold a certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (CMLDT) and specialize in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and Myofascial Release. I love treating these the most, as well as Prenatal and Relaxation massage. My work is informed by my belief that the body’s systems work together, and I offer a range of modalities including Cupping, Myofascial work, and Hot Stones to support that process.
Outside the Clinic
I love having a balance between having an active lifestyle and also slowing down and being creative. I love hiking and exploring different styles of exercise, reading, doing crafts, going to music events, and being out in nature. I also love to travel and see new places!
